I'm a native New Yorker.  I've eaten and cooked my way around this city.  I've worked at Mile End Delicatessen, training under Chefs Jay Chan (Mas Farmhouse, Apt4 Food and Wine, Northern Spy, ) and Aaron Israel (A Voce, Torrisi).  I specialize in Southern Italian and Neopolitan cooking under the influence and training of my father Neil Durazzo and uncle Tony Durazzo (Frankies Spuntino, Prime Meats, Cafe Pedlar).   In addition to event catering and private dining events - www.brooklyncookhouse.org - i'm currently working on an upcoming food concept driven by a social cause.
