France and Italy
My passion for food has led me to many places to enjoy various different types of cuisine. I have taken some pictures throughout my journey, and have also complied some of my own personal photos which continue to motivate and inspire me each time i see them.

The best crepe i've ever had
My vacation to Paris in 2010. I stopped outside on a side street, and found this guy making crepes on the street. The secret here was a splash of rum which brought it to the next level. Since then, i have never come close to experiencing crepe nirvana.

Sopresatta/Provolone
On my vacation to Rome, i journeyed along the outskirts of Rome to a food paradise "Volpetti". This is the place that puts every other Italian specialty store to shame. I was so depressed that i had to leave this place without being able to transport everything back home with me. There's nothing like this place, and it really pushes your mind to its limit with the array of products offered.

Prosciutto and Focaccia
While visiting Tuscany, i stopped into this little shop where everyone while most of the other tourists were eating typical tourist food. This place served the most divine focaccia that you can ever dream about. As light and airy as a pillow. Soft with the added sweetness of the silky Prosciutto di Parma.

Assorted Focaccia throughout Rome
You don't really see focaccia of this caliber in America. I wish there was a place that offered focaccia with this artisan quality.
