Haricots Verts with Sambal Oelek over Jasmine Rice

Sambal Oelek is great to keep in your pantry.  Rather than typical hot sauces or salsas, sambal is unique in that it has more of a natural chili taste that offers great hum to a dish.  Add it to your scrambled eggs, soups and marinades; whatever you choose to do with it, it usually works well.  It adds great kick to some simple haricots verts for a Monday night meal that can be put together in less than twenty minutes.  I like to stack a generous pile of these spicy green beans over some hot fluffy Jasmine rice.  The juices fall through to permeate the rice.
